Assam FTGFOP1 - India
Full bodied with tippy leaves . Fruity and malty aroma. Good throughout the day. You may add milk and sweetener.
Ceylon Silver Tip - Ceylon
Elegant high grown Ceylon. Long wiry leaf, golden yellow cup, highly aromatic with flowery flavour.
Ceylon Orange Pekoe Grade 1 - Ceylon
Amber color, soft and aromatic. Medium cup, flavour with delicate citrus notes.
Darjeeling FTGFOP1 - India
Top grade from early spring harvest. Crisp and refreshing with elegant astringency. Complex fruity notes.
Darjeeling Decaffeinated - India
Brew is a little lighter than the regular Darjeeling but still retains the crisp and refreshing flavour.
English Breakfast - Blended
Fine Congou leaves. Rich and flavourful blend of Keemun, India and Ceylon black teas. Stands up well to the addition of milk or lemon slices.
Irish Breakfast -Blended
A blend of rich and malty Assam blends. FGFOP and FGOP grade. Called Irish Breakfast as the Irish have traditionally liked their teas strong bodied with a hearty brew.
Keemun Black -China
Famous for its superb flavour and aroma. Best of the congou teas. An attractive leaf, it is fine and twisted with a . complex and distinctive fragrance.
Lapsang Souchong Special-Smoked
Superior quality Lapsang, cured in the smoke of Chinese pine wood; deeply aromatic. Its smoky characteristics and smooth taste is comparable to those of single malt scotch.
Nilgiri FOP-India
From Southern India. A smooth tasting tea with strength and body. Makes a fine cup and also ideal for blending or for iced tea.
Organic China Black -China
Standard black Orange Pekoe, organically grown. Fine, uniform and wiry leaves.
Russian Caravan -Blended
A blend of Keemun, Lapsang Souchong, Orange Pekoe and Ceylon silver needles. A hint of smokiness compared to the Lapsang Souchong. This was favoured by the Russian Aristocrats and at one time was a very expensive sort after tea.

Bits of dried Apricot are mixed with the tea leaves, producing the sweet familiar flavour of this delicious dried fruit.
Assam Crème
The precious aroma of cream blended with this Assam tea gives this fine classic a most luxurious flavour.
Black Currant
A favourite among fruit tea because of its gentle welcoming flavour and smooth finish.
Blood Orange – Shiraz
The sweet citrusy fragrance of orange makes a natural accompaniment to any fine black tea.
Bourbon Vanilla
Fine small pieces of vanilla, full of mature sweetness unfold their gentle aroma over delicate tangy teas from India.

A classic from India. Great for hot and iced tea. Assam black tea, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cracked pepper, cloves.
Earl Grey Fancy with Blue Petals
Black congou scented with natural oil of bergamot. Delicate citrus notes and an addition of blue petals for colour.
Earl Grey De La Crème
Delicious Earl Grey blend with a hint of vanilla flavour. Gives an overall creamy finish to the Earl Grey classic.
Energy Boost – Ironman Special
A blend of Ceylon black tea; Bancha; Yerba Mate; Rooibos; Guarana; Blue Malva; Dried Cranberries; Vitamin C and natural flavours. This tea definitely gives you an energy boost. Lively and refreshing.
Harmony
Ceylon black tea blended with rose petals; orange and cinnamon spice flavour. A soft, subtle and tangy blend.
Lemon Confetti
This Ceylon black tea is flavoured with citrus peel, lemon bits and blue flower petals for a colourful festive look.
Lichee Congou
Naturally scented by adding the juice of fresh lichees to tea leaves. Wonderful flavour, hot or iced.
Marrakesh Blend
This tantalizing tea is named after classic spices found in the Grand Bazaar at Marrakesh. A full flavour of cinnamon cardamom, cloves and oranges. Warming in the colder months and makes a perfectly refreshing cup of iced tea.
Mango Tango - DECAFFENINATED
This tea brews a little lighter than some of the regular teas but retains a wonderful mango fragrance and taste.
Merry Berry Cream
Fruit Berries softened with a cream flavour and an addition of roses and sunflower bits for colour.
Okanagan Special - Ice-wine
An Okanagan favourite. Enticing sweet pear notes, hints of berry and a little caramel. To further bring out these flavours add a little honey.
Sunrise
Sunrise is a very popular fragrant tea with a combination of vanilla and pomegranate. A very satisfying cup of tea.
Sunset Glow
A blend of Ceylon black tea, sencha, jasmine, rose, sunflower and marigold blossoms, natural flavours. A fragrant delight.
Wild Cherry – Qashqai
A firm favourite for wine lovers, an almost wine-like fragrance with a good depth in cherry flavour.
