Green Teas
Bancha-Japan
The « vin d’ table » of the Japanese green teas, consisting of coarser leaves than the Sencha; a brisker tea with a more vegetal taste.
Genmaicha with Matcha -Japan
Consumed in many Japanese restaurants. « Brown Rice Tea » - This is green Sencha tea, blended with roasted, partially puffed rice giving it a « toasty « flavour. We have then blended matcha powder giving enhanced health benefits and a more intense flavour.
Gold Flecked – Organic -China
Almost Tung Ting like leaves. Has a floral fragrance and multifaceted finish; from Anhui.
Lungching - Dragonwell-China
Flat green leaves with a clear, yellow brew. This famous classic green tea from the Dragonwell region has a delicious aroma, mellow and nutlike. Great after a meal or a refreshing all day brew.
Pinhead Gunpowder Special-China
Derives its name from the tightly rolled, pellet like tender leaves. Much skill is required to roll the leaves. A strong green tea that keeps well.
Sencha -Japan
A classic steamed green tea. Elegant, flat dark green leaves with intense fresh naturally sweet aroma yields pale, flavourful liquor with a delicate aroma.

Dragon Fruit and Roses – Exotica
From the tropics, dragon fruit has a bright red peel with sweet white pulp inside. In addition to dragon fruit bits, rose buds and blue mallow lend colour to this delightful and intoxicating green tea. As beautiful to behold as it is to drink.
Earl Grey
This classic oil of bergamot flavour blended with our high quality sencha tea is becoming a firm favourite among green tea drinkers.
Geisha Dreams
A wonderful spring–like aroma of cherry blooms. Aromatic, light and delicate. Like a dessert wine enjoy this tea paired with dessert or after dinner.
Honey Lemon Sunburst
A fairly intense and traditional favourite combination of flavours brightened with a burst of sunflower petals.A tea to enjoy if you feel a little under the weather.

Strawberry Mélange
A beautiful colour and aroma. The main feature of this tea are the strawberries with the addition of roses , pumpkin and carrot bits. A visually stunning tea also known as a wellness tea.
Spring Hao Ya Jasmine
Hao Ya means a lot of young tips. This jasmine scented tea is excellent value for money with a soft and delicate aroma.
Turkish Apple - Organic
Organic green Chunmee (young and twisted thin leaves also known as “eyebrow” tea because of its crescent shape a very popular China Green) with apple pieces, safflower blossoms and natural flavours.
White Silvery Needles with Jasmine
For centuries the Chinese have scented their teas using the traditional method of layering jasmine blooms between layers of tea in wooden chests. This is an extravagant tea, feathery white buds and whitish leaves. A good balance of jasmine bouquet and tea to a give a delicate scented tea.
Wild Black berry Jasmine Tea
This is a classic with the addition of blackberries bits. A Jasmine scented green with a burst of berry flavour in the finish. Makes a wonderful iced tea.

Jasmine Downy Pearls
Silvery tips are carefully shaped into small rounds pearls that unfurl
and release a full jasmine aroma and flavour.
Jasmine Silver Peach
Long leaves tied and shaped to form “plums”. Mild, light
tasting with a delicate jasmine flavour. When brewed, the plum opens
to resemble a bright pink bloom.
Tiffany Rose Melody
Delicate pale green, yellow infusion with soft rose notes. Unfurls when
infused with hot water to reveal a beautiful amaranth and marigold bloom.
