Tisanes can be made from fruit; herbs; flowers and spices and can also be called infusions. They do not contain any product of the camellia sinensis and should not be confused with scented or flavoured teas.

Spice Melange

Once considered a luxury item in western civilizations, today spices are much more accessible and very much desired for their tantalizing tastes. Infuse the spice mélange for 10 to 15 minutes and experiment with the addition of honey and frothed milk for a fun chai or latte.

Amaretto
The aroma of amaretto flavourings beckons for a pause to savour this wonderful scent. This blend has apple pieces, hibiscus , rose hips, orange peels, enhanced with marzipan and almond pieces.

Chocolate Spice
